Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will inform you via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Time (India)

Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days

Delivery time depends on:

  • Your location

  • Courier partner

  • Product availability

  • External factors (weather, strikes, etc.)

Delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery on selected orders.

Important COD terms:

  • A small COD fee may apply

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

  • Refusing a COD order at delivery may result in COD being disabled for future orders

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS within 2–3 business days.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost shipments

  • Re-shipping costs must be paid by the customer

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the courier but not received due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unavailability at delivery location

  • Theft after delivery

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
